The place is fully furnished and equipped with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It seriously has everything we need, which is quite handy because we have nothing.

The complex is also stacked with extras including a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and games room with a pool table and ping pong table.

We have two parking spots and no car. We have a storage room and no storage requirements.

Location is great. Both the living room and master bedroom open up to our deck which overlooks the swan river and local yacht club. It’s a ten minute bike ride to work and only 30 minutes walking. The commute is all river-side with various wildlife and on some lucky days dolphin spotting as well.

Needless to say, definitely the best place I have every stayed, and probably the best place I will ever stay.

Sadly though, our cats have arrived from Canada and we will have to leave as condo board does not allow pets of any sort. The cost of being a pet-owner I suppose …

Well, we are finally moved into our new home, and couldn’t be happier!

We ended up with a townhouse in Panaroma Hills. The place is ~1300 square feet and is quite spacious compared to the ~400 square foot studio apartment we were living in before.

It has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms / 2 full baths on the top floor, living room / kitchen room / dining room / 1 half bath on the main floor, an undeveloped basement, and 2 parking stalls.
