A colleague of mine found out that I was a heavy alt-taber and suggested trying out the Alt-Tab Powertoy for XP.
The XP Power Toy replaces the program icons you would normally see (very confusing when several instances of the same program are open) with actual screenshots of your open windows. You can also use use the alt-tab-arrow key to quickly move to the window you are looking for. Very cool!
