Well, we are finally moved into our new home, and couldn’t be happier!
We ended up with a townhouse in Panaroma Hills. The place is ~1300 square feet and is quite spacious compared to the ~400 square foot studio apartment we were living in before.

- Anyone know why a 32 bit app would struggle to read env var on win 7 64 bit - only on some installs?
